 Courthouse Estates Memorial Virginia Beach, VA
The memorial marker to Sal Pegnato sits in the midst of the well manicured entrance to the Courthouse Estates neighborhood. The location is North Landing Road at the beginning of West Neck Parkway. The memorial is located on the southeast corner of the intersection. A Courthouse Estates homeowner gives us a history of the memorial as follows: Sal passed away in December, 2003. The memorial was placed because Sal was a dedicated volunteer in the Courthouse Estates Community Association. The small tree behind the marker was planted in his memory as well. |
